Mary F. Adams
97 of Bargersville, IN formerly of Greenwood, passed away September 16, 2024 at home, peacefully with her family by her side. She was born on September 26, 1926, in Bertrand Missouri to the late Lonnie D Meador & Allie M (Delk) Meador. Mary worked in her younger years at RCA making radios during WWII and retired later from Hook Drug store as a pharmacy technician.
Mary loved her family more than anything, she enjoyed cooking, sewing, crafting, gardening, and playing a steel guitar. She enjoyed the last 11 years of her life at Ralston’s Roost, where she would enjoy gardening with her daughter, canning, watching the hummingbirds, butterflies, the dogs, cats, chickens and all the beauty of the countryside. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Adams, children, Cynthia Adams, Janet E. Miller, Danny R Adams, grandchildren, Cody and Christopher Adams, great grandchild, Kaelib Miller, brothers, Donald, Dale, Russell, Raymond, Larry, John Meador, sisters, Ann West and Gwen Palmer.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Ralston (JR), son, Joseph M Adams, grandchildren, Scott Haessig (Patty), Corey Adams, William Selm, Jonda Clark, Keith Lockel, Kimberlyn Trees (Kyle), Courtney Jenkins (Shane), Cole Ralston (Stephanie) Kayla Morrell (Sam) and several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
A Life celebration will be held 1:00 pm, Monday, September 23, at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory, Greenwood Chapel 481 W. Main St. Greenwood, Indiana with visitation from 11:00 am to service time. Mary will be laid to rest in Calvary Cemetery, Indianapolis, Indiana
