Ralph Rupert Spilker Jr. (Nikki), 81, of Sebring, FL passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2024.

He was born on January 8, 1943 in Indianapolis, IN, son of the late Ralph Sr. and Roberta (O’Neil) Spilker.

He married Janice Shields on March 19, 1983 in Greenwood, IN, and she survives. Surviving along with his wife are his sons: Terry (Kim) Shields of Bargersville and Devin (Stephanie) Spilker of Indianapolis; his daughters: Holly (Kevin) Boyer of Key West and Deanna (David) Stephens of Whiteland; his sisters: Alice Comstock, Jean Browning, Judy (Daniel) Wilson; his grandchildren: Stacey (Dan) Miller, Stephanie (Peter) Laclede, Sarah (Eron) Ferrell, Trevor Spilker, Victoria (Austin) Swift, Tyler Boyer, Bryan (Avee) Stephens and Brittany (Jeremy) Runge; his great-grandchildren: Charlotte, Avery, Ethan, Kennedy, Beckham, Esme, and Elora.

Along with his parents, Ralph is preceded in death by his first wife Rosemay (Graber) Spilker.

Ralph was a current member of the Calvary church in Sebring. Ralph served four years in the United States Navy on an aircraft carrier based out of North Island during the Vietnam War. He retired from Eli Lily after 29 years. Ralph loved playing golf, darts, cards, and spending time and watching sporting events of his kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids.

Ralph was a jovial soul with a servant’s heart. He had a great sense of humor and never a joke short. He never met a stranger and was a friend to all.

Ralph was a great friend, supportive husband, and loving father. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him.

There will be two celebration of life services:

Florida service will be held on Wednesday, 9-25-2024 at 1100 AM at Calvary church 1825 Hammock Rd. Sebring, Florida 33872.

Indiana celebration will be held on Sunday, 11-10-2024 from 2-5PM at Nire Event Center 740 E. Main Street Suite C, Whiteland, Indiana 46184.
