Leadership Johnson County is hosting a workshop on grit.
The workshop, entitled “Beyond Grit: Resilience In The New Normal”, will focus on learning when to push through a challenge and when to hit pause to improve your mental well-being.
This workshop will discuss actionable strategies for engaging personal boundaries and increasing intentionality in interpersonal and professional spaces. It will also cover nontraditional methodology for tapping into the neuroscience of both performance-boosting and resilience-enhancing behaviors.
The workshop will be held on Oct. 30 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Greenwood Christian Church, 2045 Averitt Road.
Registration is required. The cost is $59 per person for Leadership Johnson County Signature Program graduates, Franklin College alumni, Franklin and Indy Chamber of Commerce members, and Aspire members. The general public is $69 per person. Group discounts are available.
