Counterfeiting

191 Granville Drive, Culver’s: Reported at 2:20 p.m. Friday that someone came into the restaurant attempting to purchase food and provided a fake $100 bill and once she began calling 911 the subjects left the area.

Disorderly Conduct

500 block of W. Jefferson St.: Reported at 3:33 p.m. Friday that a fight involving juveniles had occurred.

Hit and Run

377 E. Jefferson St., Bojaks: A employee reported at 3:28 a.m. Sunday that a drunk driver had hit a vehicle and fled the area. The driver was later stopped and the officer could smell the odor of alcohol emitting from his person, the man was arrested for driving while intoxicated and several other charges.

415 Mallory Parkway, Kohl’s: A woman reported at 5:07 p.m. Sunday that she believes that her vehicle was struck in the parking lot while she was shopping.

Personal-injury crashes

5:14 p.m. Friday — U.S. 31 and Lance Drive. A woman, 61, reported having pain and injury to her chest. A woman, 59, reported having pain and injury to her knee/lower leg/foot. A man, 68, reported having pain and injury to his shoulder/upper arm.

11:08 a.m. Friday — N. Morton St. and Ransdell Drive. A woman, 60, reported having pain and injury to her head. A woman, 30, reported at pain and injury to her head.

Property-damage crashes

Hit and Run

Sheek Road and E. Worthsville Road: Reported at 4:11 p.m. Sunday that a woman was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to stop after a property damage accident.

Identity Theft

300 block of Miller Drive: Reported at 8:43 a.m. Sunday that a identity theft investigation had occurred.

Narcotics

E. County Line Road and N. Meridian St.: Reported at 6:03 p.m. Sunday that a woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.

Thefts

2449 E. Main St., Otto’s Parking Marking: Reported at 3:46 p.m. Sunday the theft of a firearm had occurred.

400 block of N. Meridian St.: Reported at 11:09 a.m. Sunday that a theft had occurred.

789 U.S. 31 N., Panera Bread: Reported at 12:57 p.m. Sunday that a theft had occurred.

1251 U.S. 31 N., JC Penney: Reported at 1:11 p.m. Saturday that shoplifting had occurred.

1103 N. State Road 135, Klean Cut: Reported at 8:44 a.m. Saturday that a theft had occurred.

Narcotics

5351 U.S. 31 S., Hilltop Motel, Franklin: An officer reported at 4:54 p.m. Saturday that the hotel manager let them enter a room where they found a toddler sleeping with no adult present. A man later came to the room and said the child’s mother was on her way. The child was taken to the hospital to be checked out, the mother and the man were issued criminal summons for possession of marijuana and a DCS case worker was notified.

W. State Road 144 and S. I-69, Bargersville: An officer reported at 5:19 p.m. Friday that during a traffic stop for speeding he detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The driver admitted having marijuana in the vehicle and gave it to the officer, the driver was arrested for possession of marijuana.

2600 Cumberland Drive, Franklin High School, Franklin: An officer reported at 1:26 p.m. Friday that a student was caught with a vaping device that tested positive for marijuana.

Theft

5000 block of Wakefield Drive S., Greenwood: A man reported at 6:33 p.m. Saturday that someone had stolen a political sign from his front yard.
