State Rep. Michelle Davis (R-Whiteland) presented Johnson County resident Christy Holt with a Hardworking Hoosier Award on Oct. 24 at Christy’s Design & Sign in Greenwood.
Holt has owned and operated the company for over 20 years. She said her favorite part of the job is interacting with customers and the opportunity to be creative. Holt’s employees and friends joined Davis for the presentation.
The Hardworking Hoosier Award was created by Davis in 2021 to help shine a light on those who are making a positive difference and formally recognize them. Davis represents House District 58, which includes a portion of Johnson County.
Nominees must be residents of House District 58. Recipients will be given an award certificate during a special presentation and spotlighted in Davis’ email updates to constituents across the district. Visit in.gov/h58 for the nomination form.
