The seven-day temporary burn ban for Johnson County has been lifted.
The county-wide burn ban was lifted on Oct. 30 after the Johnson County Board of Commissioners reinstated the ban on Oct. 23. It is the latest update in a slew of burn bans the county has implemented and rescinded since September.
Johnson County has joined with 33 other counties that have lifted burn bans in Indiana, according to the Indiana Department of Homeland Security.
