<p>Ashley Groff, 27, of Indianapolis, died May 4, 2016.</p>
<p>Survivors include her parents, Michelle Groff and Kevin Groff; stepfather, Paul Hord; siblings, Rachel Groff and Kevin Groff II; and boyfriend, Chantler Johnson.</p>
<p>Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. The funeral service will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.</p>
