Unemployment rate down in April

<p>The local unemployment rate fell in April.</p>
<p>The county’s unemployment rate dropped to 4 percent, down from 4.6 percent in March.</p>
<p>At the same time, the size of the county’s workforce grew, according to data from the Indiana Department of Workforce Development.</p>
<p>The local unemployment rate was slightly higher than it was at the same time last year, when the rate was 3.8 percent, according to the state report.</p>
