<p>HOLMES BEACH, Fla.</p>
<p>Patsy Joann Reiva, 84, of Holmes Beach, Florida, died Saturday, July 16, 2016. </p>
<p>Survivors include her children, Jalaine Van Horne (Mike) and Janelle Clements (Mike); stepchildren, Jan Reiva, Randy Reiva and Judi Bosler (Paul); 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.</p>
<p>She was preceded in death by her husband, John Reiva; and son, Fred Cook.</p>
<p>Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis, with a funeral service to follow. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.</p>
