<p>GREENWOOD</p>
<p>Peggy Joan “Jo” Hobbs, 78, of Greenwood, was called to her heavenly home by Jesus on Thursday, July 21, 2016.</p>
<p>Born May 8, 1938 in Bloomington, she was a longtime member of Grace Apostolic Tabernacle and enjoyed rock collecting, her pets and cherished time with family and friends.</p>
<p>She retired from environmental services in the Center Grove school system.</p>
<p>Survivors include her children, Linda Jo Hobbs Stephenson and Gene Hobbs (Laura Jones); her mother, Rowena Sherlock; grandchildren and great grandchildren; and her extended family, Tony and Kim, Khloe and Ausytn Dykes.</p>
<p>She was preceded in by her death husband of 47 years, Clayton E. Hobbs; and father, Carl Flick.</p>
<p>Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Grace Apostolic Tabernacle. The funeral service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens at The Gardens at Olive Branch.</p>
