Kathleen Cochran

<p>Kathleen Cochran, 85, passed away Monday, July 25, 2016, in Franklin. She was a resident of Franklin.</p>
<p>She was born Dec. 13, 1930, in Liberty, Kentucky, to Earnest and Mary (McFarland) Griffith.</p>
<p>She married T.C. Cochran on Feb. 14, 1946. He preceded her in passing in January 2004.</p>
<p>Survivors include one son, Herlin (Carmen) Cochran of Whiteland, and one daughter, Harleen Cochran of Nineveh; five grandchildren, Marty (Rachel) Cochran, Bellame (Dave) Ferrell, Dawn (Nick) Owens, Rusty Cochran and Anna Petro; and 11 great-grandchildren.</p>
<p>She was preceded in passing by her husband, T.C.; and daughter, LuAnn Cochran.</p>
<p>Kathleen worked in a sewing factory. She made uniforms for the movie, “Hoosiers."</p>
<p>A celebration of Kathleen’s life will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 N. Morton St. (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.</p>
