<p>Judith Ann Hamilton, 58, died Aug. 24, 2016. She was a resident of Indianapolis. </p>
<p>She is survived by her father, Richard Perkins; brother, Steve Perkins; daughter, Jennifer Terwilliger; one granddaughter; and companion, Jeff Lint.</p>
<p>A celebration of life will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Lawrence Community Center in Lawrence Park.</p>
<p>Arrangements have been entrusted to Simplicity Funeral & Cremation Care.</p>
