<p>Melvin “Bill” LeRoy Sylvester, 70, died Sept. 7, 2016.</p>
<p>He is survived by his sons, Jason Sylvester and Chris Sylvester; daughter, Billi Jo Young; and one grandchild.</p>
<p>Services will be private.</p>
<p>Arrangements were entrusted to Simplicity Funeral & Cremation Care.</p>
