<p>Thomas O’Connor, 74, died on Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2016. He was a resident of Indianapolis.</p>
<p>Survivors include his wife, Frances (Durbin) O’Connor; children, Tammy O’Connor Gasvoda, Michael (Melisa) O’Connor and Dawn (Philip) O’Connor Klinge; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and sister, Anna Mae Pace.</p>
<p>Visitation will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. on Sunday at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 89 N. 17th Ave., Beech Grove. Entombment will be at Calvary Cemetery.</p>
<p>Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church.</p>
