<p>INDIANAPOLIS</p>
<p>Lu Ann Morgan Pollak, 84, of Indianapolis, died on Saturday, Nov. 26, 2016.</p>
<p>She is survived by her son, Steve (Tammy) Pollak; two granddaughters; two step-grandsons; one great-grandson; and sister, Eva (Dale) Fazekas.</p>
<p>She was preceded in death by her son, Jeff Pollak.</p>
<p>Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at Garfield Park United Church of Christ in Indianapolis. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until the time of service on Thursday at the church.</p>
<p>Memorial contributions have been suggested to the church.</p>
<p>Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center is handling the arrangements.</p>
