A man was arrested twice in one day by the same sheriff’s deputy who found him driving with a suspended license.
A Johnson County Sheriff’s Office deputy watched as William Leonard Kelso II, 37, Greenwood pulled into a gas station at 8:18 a.m. Thursday. The deputy recognized Kelso and found that his license was suspended. He was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended with a previous conviction.
Kelso them bonded out of jail and the same sheriff’s deputy saw him driving near the intersection of County Line Road and State Road 135 at 12:56 p.m. Thursday.
Kelso told the deputy he was driving the car to work.
He was arrested again on a charge of driving while suspended.
Kelso, 387 Shady Brook Heights, was again taken to the Johnson County jail.
