<h4><strong>Men’s basketball falls to Pioneers</strong></h4>
Despite a career-high 25 points from Kale Morris, Franklin College suffered a 73-62 setback at Transylvania on Wednesday night.

The defeat means that the Grizzlies (8-16, 7-10 HCAC) will need to win at Bluffton on Saturday to assure themselves of a spot in the conference’s postseason tournament.
<h2>Boys Basketball</h2>
<h4><strong>Fill the Gym at Center Grove</strong></h4>
Center Grove is looking to fill Vandermeer Gymnasium when the boys basketball team hosts Metropolitan Interscholastic Conference foe North Central on Friday.

Admission is free to all Center Grove students grades kindergarten through 12. Also, there is no cost for students attending from other schools.

The junior varsity game starts at 6 p.m., with the varsity contest to begin at approximately 7:30.
