<p>Donald Floyd Julian, 72 0f Shelbyville, Indiana, passed away March 20, 2018 at Ashford Place Health Campus in Shelbyville, Indiana. He was born May 21, 1945 in Greenwood, Indiana. He was the son of Norman E. and Olive (Stroud) Julian. He married Mary Ellen (Jackman) Julian on November 11, 2011.</p>
<p>He is survived by his wife, sons, Donald (Jenny) Julian, Jr. of San Diego, California, Jason Julian of Franklin, Indiana, Bryan (Sara) Julian of Tampa, Florida, and Greg Julian of Plant City, Florida, step-sons, Jerry (Shelly) Cope of Columbus, Indiana and Robert (Lorane) Cope of Pine Hills, New York, step-daughter, Diana Cope of Margaretville, New York, eight grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren, eleven step-great grandchildren, brothers, Norman "Skip" (Judi) Julian of Princes Lakes, Indiana and Brian "Toad" Julian of Nineveh, Indiana, and mother-in-law, Marie Pile of Shelbyville, Indiana.</p>
<p>He was preceded in death by his parents, and step-daughter, Robin Cope.</p>
<p>He was a member of the Nineveh Christian Church and the Nineveh Masonic Lodge, # 317, in Nineveh, Indiana and the Edinburgh American Legion Post, # 233. He served in the US Navy from 1963 through 1967.</p>
<p>He retired in 2012 from General Motors – Allison where he worked as an electrician.</p>
<p>He enjoyed riding his Gold Wing motorcycle, playing golf, and scuba diving.</p>
<p>A funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 PM on Saturday, March 24, 2018 by Reverend Lewis Burton at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh, Indiana. Calling will be from noon until time of service at the funeral home.</p>
