<p>Green thumbs can get a start on their garden at an annual plant sale.</p>
<p>The Franklin FFA Alumni plant sale is 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 28, May 5 and May 12 and 1 to 4:30 p.m. April 29 and May 6 at the Franklin Community High School greenhouse, 2600 Cumberland Drive, Franklin.</p>
<p>All proceeds help support Franklin FFA Alumni’s Senior Scholarships, as well as career development events and leadership trips for Franklin FFA members.</p>
<p>Flowering baskets, petunias, marigolds, coleus, begonias, geraniums, zinnia, dusty miller, nasturtium and many other annual plants will be for sale.</p>
<p>Vegetables for sale include various kinds of tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, broccoli, cucumbers, eggplant, pumpkins, okra, squash, cantaloupe and watermelon.</p>
