<p><strong>Shepherd shoots 73 at Rolex</strong></p>
<p>Erica Shepherd finished with a 1-over-par 73 Tuesday in the opening round of the AJGA Rolex Girls Junior Championship at the Promontory Club in Park City, Utah.</p>
<p>That score left Shepherd in a tie for 20th place, five strokes behind leader Elizabeth Wang of California.</p>
<p><strong>Jackson-Davis, USA stay perfect</strong></p>
<p>Trayce Jackson-Davis scored five points off the bench as the United States finished a perfect run through pool play at the FIBA U18 Americas Championships with a 115-71 win over Puerto Rico on Tuesday in St. Catharine’s, Ontario.</p>
<p>Jackson-Davis also finished with four rebounds and a blocked shot in nine minutes of action. Team USA, which won its three pool games by an average margin of 56 points, is off today before a quarterfinal game on Thursday.</p>
