<p>Keeley Payne and Freddie Waters of Franklin announce their engagement.</p>
<p>Miss Payne is the daughter of Juliet Nesbit of Martinsville and Bill and Michelle Payne of Indianapolis.</p>
<p>The future groom is the son of Karen Waters and the late Lee Waters of Franklin.</p>
<p>She is a 2004 graduate of Father Thomas Scecina Memorial High School and a 2009 graduate of Indiana University. She is a children’s librarian for the Johnson County Public Library.</p>
<p>He graduated from Franklin Community High School in 2005 and IUPUI in 2013. He works as a carpenter.</p>
<p>The wedding is set for Oct. 20 at the Elk’s Lodge in Franklin.</p>
