<p>Drivers will need to prepare for lane closures on State Road 37 in the near future.</p>
<p>The bridges crossing Bluff Creek Road will be limited to one lane in both directions soon for bridge overlay work, according to the Indiana Department of Transportation.</p>
<p>The state does not know when exactly the barriers will go up, state department of transportation spokesperson Harry Maginity said.</p>
<p>The construction is being done by Weddle Brothers, which uses a subcontractor to put up traffic barriers. Sometimes the barriers go up before construction starts, so the state wanted to make drivers aware early on, Maginity said.</p>
<p>Lanes can be closed for up to 14 days under the state contract, Maginity said.</p>
