Memorial ceremony planned for long time Franklin resident

<p>A ceremony this weekend will dedicate a memorial to a long time Franklin resident.</p><p>The Mike Carter memorial dedication will be 11 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of S. Main Street.</p><p>Carter lived in Franklin most of his life and is a previous owner of the Grill Bar. His friends raised the money for the memorial.</p>
