<p>Owners hoping to update their business’s facade or get a residential loan can apply for a grant.</p>
<p>The Franklin Development Corporation added a fourth round of program funding for 2019, and $60,000 is available.</p>
<p>Completed applications must be submitted by Nov. 1.</p>
<p>Funding is available through the facade matching grant program, residential grant/loan program and commercial revolving loan program.</p>
<p>Applications can be filed online by visiting franklindevelopmentcorporation.org and clicking on "Programming." Applications and eligibility for each grant is available on that page.</p>
