Kenneth Jerry "Bugs" Sims passed away June 29, 2020 in Franklin, Indiana. Bugs was born to the late Kellus and Mary (Odell) Sims in Greenwood, Indiana.
</p>
<p>
Bugs was a truck driver for many years for Holland Trucking and Kissee Trucking. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and loved to cheer on the Indianapolis Colts.
</p>
<p>
Bugs is survived by his two daughters, Dana Shepherd (David), and Kelly Sims (Jeff Goens), and the mother of his daughters, Bobbe Salter, four grandchildren: Andrew Shepherd, Bruce Shepherd, Christina Shepherd, and David Shepherd Jr. He is also survived by his siblings: Linda Turk, Gary "Pete" Sims, and Mary Sicking.
</p>
<p>
Bugs is preceded in death by his mother, Mary (Odell) Sims his father, Kellus Sims, a grandson, Jeremy Beeler, as well as his brothers, Garnet Sims and Jimmy Sims.
</p>
<p>
All services will be private.
</p>
<p>
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Cremation Society of Indiana.
</p>
