<p>An Indianapolis man is charged with child molesting in Johnson County. </p><p>Juan Cabrera, 45, is charged with the Level 4 felony, and could face up to 12 years in prison if convicted. </p><p>A 15-year-old victim reported to the Greenwood Police Department in February that two years ago, Cabrera entered her bedroom and touched her under her shirt, according to a probable cause affidavit filed June 29 in Johnson County Superior Court 3. </p><p>A judge found probable cause and issued a warrant for his arrest July 1, according to online court records. </p><p>The first incident happened on or around January 15, 2018, according to court documents. Cabrera was dating a relative of the victim at the time, and the victim recalled him touching her three times after the first incident, court documents said. </p><p>Cabrera, 5015 E. Michigan Street, was arrested Friday and booked into the Johnson County jail. He is held on $2,400 bond.</p>
