Christian D. Nikou, 33, of Greenwood, IN went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 20, 2021.
</p>
<p>
Born November 11, 1987 to Kathryn (Devoe) Duvall and the late Sotirios (Sam) Georgios Nikou. He married his high school sweetheart Katie (Davis) Nikou, December 22, 2012.
</p>
<p>
He was a 2005 Indiana state tennis champion. He was a very exuberant and well liked tennis player on and off the court. He was a fierce competitor, loyal friend and the most generous and thoughtful person. He loved spending time with his family, friends, 3 puppies and reliving his tennis glory days. He was affectionately known as the ‘funcle’ by all of his nieces, nephew and neighborhood kids. To the many people who knew and loved him, he will forever be known as "Binky".

<p>
He is survived by his loving wife of 8 years, his mother Kathryn (Devoe) Duvall, brothers, Marcus (Melissa) Nikou and Aaron (Erin) Nikou, maternal grandfather Kenneth Devoe, nieces Alaina, Myka, Rylee and Peyton Nikou, Madelyn, Audrey and Kathryn Davis, a nephew Maddox Nikou, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and in laws.

He was preceded in death by his father Sotirios (Sam) Georgios Nikou, maternal grandmother and paternal grandparents.
</p>
<p>
A celebration of life will take place Sunday, January 24, 2021 at Community Church of Greenwood, 1477 W Main St, Greenwood, IN 46142. Calling will be from 4-6pm followed by a service at 6pm.
</p>
<p>
