Cleo B. Helton, 86, passed away Thursday night, February 18, 2021. She was a long time resident of Greenwood.
</p>
<p>
She was born December 12, 1934 in Sevier County, TN to Oliver Henry Byrd and Pearl Caldonia (Flynn) Byrd. She attended Sevier County High School.
</p>
<p>
She is survived by her children, Steven (Debbie) Helton of Nineveh, Kenneth Jeffrey (Penny) Helton of Greenwood, Cathy (Ted) Pettay of Marietta, GA, Heather (Richard) Helton-Schott of Bargersville, and Jamie (Sarah) Helton of Greenwood; and eight grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
</p>
<p>
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Helton, and one granddaughter.
</p>
<p>
Cleo was a farmer, seamstress, cook bus driver, and even delivered newspapers.
</p>
<p>
Services will be private for close family and friends. Services will be livestreamed on her obituary tribute at <a href="http://www.stpierrefamilyfuneral.com">www.stpierrefamilyfuneral.com</a>, at 10:00AM, Thursday, February 25.
</p>
<p>
She will be laid to rest in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Greenwood.
</p>
