FRANKLIN, IN.
Frances Ann (Miller) Fowler 91 or Franklin, IN passed away Tuesday May 4, 2021 at Greenwood Health and Living Community. She was born July 15, 1929 in Bloomfield, Indiana to William Francis Miller and Anna Laurie (Lindsey) Miller.
She married Chuck Fowler on September 7, 1947 in Indianapolis, IN, he preceded her in death on September 24, 1990.
She was a graduate of George Washington High School in Indianapolis, IN.
She had been a Bank Teller for Franklin Bank and Trust, Peoples Bank, Fifth Third Banks and was a receptionist for Greenwood Village South.
She had been a member of New Whiteland Christian Church and currently Greenwood Christian Church. She enjoyed playing computer games, bowling, reading, eating, road trips, watching movies with her grandkids and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren’s sporting events.
Survivors include her children Tom Fowler (Julia Stanfield) of Mulberry, IN, John Fowler (Mary) of Fairland, IN and Judy Fowler Smith of Franklin, IN, sister in law Janice Rauch Miller of Petaluma, California, ten grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren and three nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a brother Bill Miller and a nephew Mike Miller.
The Reverend Shan Rutherford will conduct a service on Saturday May 8, 2021 at 2:30 PM at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN and will be live-streamed for family and friends to connect at <a href="http://www.swartzmortuary.com/obituary/frances-fowler">www.swartzmortuary.com/obituary/frances-fowler</a>. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, IN.
