Karl and Nancy Schilling of Franklin recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house given by their daughters and Nancy Schilling’s sister.
Mr. Schilling and his wife, the former Nancy Waggoner, were married July 2, 1965, at Southport Baptist Church.
He retired as a maintenance foreman at St. Francis Hospital.
She retired as owner of Hearts and Happiness LLC, a country home decor business.
The have two children, Keri Schilling and Amy Meador, and two grandchildren.
