Grain safety workshop planned in Bargersville

A workshop for workers who handle grain is set for Friday at the Bargersville Fire Department.

The program will offer safety information for anyone who works in the grain industry. The program also will offer training about high-risk tasks that can lead to entrapment, engulfment, entanglement, falls and electrocution.

The department is at 5886 W. Smokey Row Road. The program will start at 5:30 p.m., with a complimentary dinner at 5 p.m.
