Workers in Franklin are fixing a sinkhole that formed in a street just south of downtown.
The sinkhole formed on Home Avenue, near the entrance to Province Park, late last week and was covered by city workers.
This week, crews have been working to fix the hole.
The sinkhole formed due to a water line that developed a hole and had been leaking, Franklin Department of Public Works Superintendent Rick Littleton said.
