INDIANAPOLIS
William E. Clagg, 81, of Indianapolis and formerly of Lake Placid, Florida, died Thursday, Nov. 24, 2016.
He is survived by his wife, Orpha Clagg; his sister, Lucille Harper of Odon; and his children, Pamela Clagg-Young, Cheryl Riley, Brian Clagg and Diane Clagg-Waltz; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
There will be no services.
