Library offers escape from winter chill

Johnson County Public Library has some cozy activities lined up this month to celebrate one of the most wonderful times of the year to curl up with a good book.

Franklin college professor David Carlson will speak about his new book, “Enter by the Narrow Gate” at 6 p.m. Dec. 19 at the Clark Pleasant library, 530 Tracy Road, Suite 250, New Whiteland.

The book is the first in a new mystery/thriller series.

Readers can meet the author, hear about the new series and pick up a copy to read — or to give as a Christmas gift.
