Fair planned at Franciscan Health

Franciscan Health Indianapolis invites central Indiana employers and business owners to a Health Solutions Fair at Franciscan Health Indianapolis, 8111 S. Emerson Ave., April 26.The event, which is from 5 to 8 p.m., will be in the hospital’s auditorium.

Human resource professionals, executives and business owners are invited to attend to learn more about screening for the early detection of cancers, smoking cessation, acupuncture, pre-employment drug screening, massage therapy, genetic counseling and more.

Greenwood resident mentioned in Forbes

Indianapolis Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Advisor and Greenwood resident, Kimberlee Fogg, recently was recognized by Forbes as one of the Top Female Wealth Advisors, which published on Feb. 28.

Fogg began her career at Merrill Lynch in 1986 after graduating from the University of Indianapolis, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business. She is senior vice president of wealth management, at Merrill Lynch and holds designations as a Certified Financial Planner designation through he Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., and as a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor.

Kimberlee is an active member with Women for Riley, Riley Society advisory committee and the Kiwanis Club of Indianapolis board of directors.

Hospital earns accreditation

Johnson Memorial Health has been granted a three-year term of accreditation by the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission in Echocardiography.Echocardiography is used to assess different areas of the heart and can detect heart disease or signs of serious cardiovascular conditions.

Accreditation by the IAC means that Johnson Memorial Health has undergone an intensive application and review process and is found to be compliance with the published standards, demonstrating a commitment to quality patient care in echocardiography.
