Dennis “Sam” and Pamela Eades of Greenwood are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary with a family gathering at their son, Bradley’s house.
Mr. Eades and his wife, the former Pamela Kraiger, were married July 15, 1967, at St. John’s United church of Christ in Dunkirk, New York.
She is a retired hairdresser, and owned and operated her own shop in Lisbon, Maine, and Brocton, New York.
He retired as senior chief from the U.S. Navy in 1989. He also retired from the Federal Aviation Administration at the Air Traffic Center in Indianapolis in 2013.
They have two sons, Jay R. Eades and Bradley M. Eades; and five grandchildren.
