Two Greenwood women were arrested after about $90,000 in cocaine was found during a traffic stop, police said.
Anna Garcia-Saldivar, 27, and Anna Mendoza, 31, both of Greenwood, were arrested on charges of possession of narcotics and dealing narcotics, according to a news release from Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
Indianapolis police officers stopped a vehicle in the 4000 block of South East Street and asked for a police dog to check the vehicle. The dog detected narcotics in the vehicle, and police searched it and found about three kilograms of cocaine, worth about $90,000, hidden inside, the release said.
Both women were arrested and taken to the Marion County Jail.
