Braves take care of Lancers
Five players scored at least eight points each as Indian Creek posted a 56-36 victory over Edinburgh on Monday night.
Caitlyn Snyder had 12 points to lead the Braves (7-6), who also got nine points each from Katie Burkman and Hannah Grider as well as eight apiece from Ali Harris and Dani Simon. The Lancers (5-7) got 12 points from Alyssa Funkhouser and nine from Bethany Burton.

Indian Creek girls salvage split
Led by a pair of individual wins from Lexi Wilhoit (200 freestyle and 100 butterfly), Indian Creek defeated Oldenburg Academy but lost to Shelbyville in a three-way meet on Monday night. Wilhoit also teamed with Lissy Vanette, Delaney Heminger and Jena Fenton to win the 200 freestyle relay.

Bonomini earns All-America nod
Wide receiver Brad Bonomini earned third-team football All-America honors from the The Associated Press and honorable mention designation from D3Football.com. The senior is the first Grizzlies receiver so honored since Kyle Linville in 2013.
Bonomini, the HCAC Offensive MVP, made 71 catches for 1,224 yards and 11 touchdowns in 2018.
