Whiteland Road will be closing later this week.
Construction crews are closing Whiteland Road from Graham Road west to U.S. 31 starting Friday.
Construction crews will be installing a sanitary and water line across Whiteland Road for a planned residential development.
A detour, along with alternate route signage, will be in place during this road closure.
The goal is to complete the work and reopen the road at by the end of the day Saturday, according to a news release from the town manager’s office.
