Woman arrested on multiple felony dealing charges

Franklin police arrested an Indianapolis woman on several felony drug charges after she dealt drugs multiple times in different parts of Johnson County.

Cristal D. Stogner, 36, was arrested Friday at the Meijer in Franklin on Level 3 and 4 charges of dealing a narcotic; possession of a narcotic, a level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. The prosecutor’s office will decide what, if any, charges to file.

Between Jan. 24 and Friday, Franklin police gathered evidence that Stogner was dealing heroin, according to a Franklin Police Department report.

Stogner sold heroin on multiple occasions ranging in weight from 0.5 grams to 3 grams, according to the report.

She arranged one deal at a gas station on U.S. 31 in Whiteland, where she sold heroin less than 500 feet from where students were entering and exiting Whiteland Community High School’s gymnasium, the report said.

She is being held at the Johnson County jail on $49,600 bond.
