Area nursing home receives highest award from Medicare
Hickory Creek at Franklin, has been awarded a Five-Star quality rating from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
In acknowledgement of this achievement, a celebration and recognition event will be held at 2 p.m. on March 19.
The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services created a Five-Star Quality Rating System to help consumers, their families, and caregivers compare nursing homes more easily. The Five-Star rating is based upon annual health inspections, staffing and quality measurements.
