An Indianapolis man is charged with child molesting in Johnson County.
Juan Cabrera, 45, is charged with the Level 4 felony, and could face up to 12 years in prison if convicted.
A 15-year-old victim reported to the Greenwood Police Department in February that two years ago, Cabrera entered her bedroom and touched her under her shirt, according to a probable cause affidavit filed June 29 in Johnson County Superior Court 3.
A judge found probable cause and issued a warrant for his arrest July 1, according to online court records.
The first incident happened on or around January 15, 2018, according to court documents. Cabrera was dating a relative of the victim at the time, and the victim recalled him touching her three times after the first incident, court documents said.
Cabrera, 5015 E. Michigan Street, was arrested Friday and booked into the Johnson County jail. He is held on $2,400 bond.
