Kenneth Dale Doades, 77, passed away July 26, 2020. He was born December 7, 1942 in Vincennes, IN, to the late John Henry and Edna Doades.
Ken attended Lincoln High School, Vincennes, and graduated from Garfield High School, Terre Haute. He attended Indiana State University and married Patricia Ann Nees in 1966. Ken was the owner/operator of Doades Construction Company for 25 years, retiring in 2008. He enjoyed bowling, woodworking and reading.
Ken is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Patricia Doades.
A sister, Beverly Hettich, preceded him in death.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Terre Haute, IN. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Shriner’s Hospital for Children, St. Louis, MO. Final care and arrangements are entrusted to Shirley Brothers Thompson Road Chapel. www.shirleybrothers.com.
