FRANKLIN
Stella Mae (Wayman) Lynch, 92 of Franklin, passed away Thursday morning, October 22, 2020. She was a former longtime resident of Edinburgh, Indiana.
She was born on October 29, 1927 in Campbellsville, Kentucky to Lillard Smith Wayman and Hattie Delray (Denney) Wayman. She married Thomas Carl Lynch on April 15, 1967 in Franklin, Indiana. He preceded her in passing on March 14, 1991. She is survived by children, Wanda Voris (Allen); Wallace Ferrell ; Rosemary Thomas; Vickie Brunner (Darrell); and David Ferrell (Belamy). Also surviving is one sister, Alma Ford and one brother, Junior Wayman; fourteen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren and twenty-three great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in passing by her parents; husband, Thomas; six brothers; one sister; one grandson, Wayne Brunner and one great grandson, Skylar Brunner.
Stella was a homemaker and also was employed in house cleaning and catering.
Stella enjoyed having yard sales and playing bingo with her friends at the Nursing Home and spending time with her family.
Friends may call on Monday, October 26 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 North Morton Street, (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin. Perry Anderson will conduct a graveside service on Monday, October 26 at 2:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.
