William Charles ‘Charlie’ Poff, age 71 of Sweetwater Lake (Brown County) passed on July 29th. He is survived by his wife, Diane and daughter, Melissa Pharr. Arrangements are pending with Meredith – Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, Morgantown.
