BARGERSVILLE, IN.
Karen S. (Maudling) Carson 67 of Bargersville, IN passed away Tuesday September 7, 2021 at Greenwood Health and Living Community. She was born September 7, 1954 in Indianapolis, IN to Charles Nathan Maudling Sr. and Ada T. (Beddow) Maudling.
She was a 1972 graduate of Southport High School. She had been a claims representative for Farm Bureau Insurance in Franklin for ten years. She attended Gracepoint Church in Whiteland.
Karen loved animals and the Snoopy character.
Survivors include her son Chris W. Luttrell (Michelle) of Indianapolis, her daughter Brittany N. Carson of Trafalgar, IN, grandson Miles Spellman of Erie, PA, brothers Charles N. Maudling Jr. of Indianapolis, IN and Tom Tidwell (Margaret) of Johnson City, TN and longtime friend Rusty Compton of Bargersville, IN.
She was preceded in death by her parents Charles Nathan Maudling Sr. and Ada T. (Beddow) Maudling and a sister Sara Ashworth.
Pastor Stan Glover will conduct a service on Saturday September 11, 2021 at 10 AM at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN and will be live-streamed for family and friends to connect at www.swartzmortuary.com/obituary/karen-carson.
