Chad Phillip Neiman, a resident of Indianapolis and Greenwood, passed away on April 13, 2022 at the age of 34. Chad is survived by his mom Dee Neiman, sister Chelsea Mowry (Tim), niece Elizabeth Mowry, grandmother Carol Neiman, aunt Julie Neiman Anderson (Alan), Aunt Rhonda Gardis, uncle Bruce Moreman (Nancy), and first cousins: Jacy Sanders (Mark), Cassie Hockersmith, Brian Moreman, Amanda Moreman, Marcella Moreman, Marissa Anderson, and Mitchell Anderson. His father Jerry Neiman, grandfather Ralph Neiman, aunt Jean (Jim) Canter, and grandparents Mary &Ivan Moreman predeceased him.
Chad was born to Jerry and Dee Neiman on July 21, 1987 in Indianapolis, IN and raised in Greenwood, IN. Growing up, he was active with golf, basketball, and football. Chad graduated Greenwood High School in 2006 then attended IUPUI. He started his lawn and landscaping business while in high school and continued this business as his career under the name “Extreme Estates”. He worked in construction as well. He had a life-long passion of playing golf and was in the Valle Vista men’s league many years. He grew his spiritual life by attending a variety of churches and youth groups.
Chad loved spending time with his family and friends. He always found time for phone calls, visits, and euchre while passing out Starburst candy. He enjoyed attending concerts, following sports especially the Colts, Pacers, and Michigan State, eating at House of Tokyo, taking family vacations to new places and being outdoors especially in Indian River, Michigan.
Chad touched so many lives with his positively contagious personality throughout his 34 years of life. He was family oriented; a true friend and welcoming to anyone he met; and he always left you with that loving and incredible bear hug. He had a wonderful sense of humor accompanied by an infectious smile and laugh. He was genuinely kindhearted and supportive to family, friends, and strangers. Chosen by his parents, Chad’s song was “Forever Young”, and he lived life to the fullest with “sunshine and happiness” around him with his “heart forever young.” Chad was one of a kind! He leaves us all with broken hearts but wonderful memories we will cherish forever. Until we meet again…
Visitation hours for Chad Neiman are from 4 to 8 pm, Monday, April 18, 2022 with the Celebration of Life service being held on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 11 am at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service &Crematory, Greenwood Chapel.
