WHITELAND, INDIANA
Zachary Lee Tomey, 34, of Whiteland, Indiana, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 13, 2022. He lived his whole life in Whiteland, graduating from WCHS in 2006. He loved hunting, aviation, and old trucks. Zach was a talented knife maker, but above all, his pride and joy were his children. He lived and fought hard for them. He was loyal, genuine, and always wanted to make others smile and be happy.
Zachary was born March 1, 1988 in Franklin, Indiana to Kenneth Lee and Debbie S. (Turner) Tomey.
Zachary is survived by his children, Addy and Weston Tomey; his parents, Kenneth and Debbie Tomey; his siblings, Trisha (Justin) Brown and Jacob (Jessica) Tomey; his nieces and nephew, Kenlee and Jackson Brown, Olivia, Janie, and Lettie Tomey; Mamaw and Papaw Turner along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made out to Trisha Brown or Venmo @TomeyTough for his children’s college savings.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Fair Haven Christian Church, located at 1476 W 300 S, Franklin, IN 46131, with funeral service on Friday, April 22nd at 11:00am at the church.
Arrangements are entrusted to Jessen and Keller Funeral Homes – Whiteland Chapel.
