1100 block of Harvest Ridge Circle: Reported at 2:34 p.m. a man paid $2,000 in Zelle to rent a property but when he arrived, the property was not available for rent and was owned by someone else.

Thefts
100 block of Balmoral Way. Reported at 6:08 a.m. Wednesday the theft of a firearm and wallet from a parked vehicle.
400 block of Park 800 Drive. Reported a7 7:28 a.m. Wednesday the theft of multiple items from a warehouse lighting resource area.
927 N. Emerson Avenue, Goodwill Outlet. A man reported at 2:22 p.m. Wednesday the theft of his cell phone from Goodwill.
00 block of Crestview Drive. Report at 6:26 a.m. Thursday of a firearm theft.

Narcotics
County Road 300 S. and State Road 135, Johnson County. About 2:00 a.m. Thursday, an officer observed a vehicle driving left of the center of the road, with items being thrown out of it. The items were shucks from corn cobs, as people in the vehicle had taken corn from the cornfield, stating they had “never seen corn like this before.” The driver was given a citation for driving left of center, while two passengers were given summons for possession of marijuana. Another passenger was issued a citation for giving a false identity.
