The Johnson County Coroner’s Office has made positive identification of a deceased male found near Clary Crossing South Drive and State Road 135 today as Angel Luna, 19, of Indianapolis.
The cause of death is pending. An autopsy is scheduled for Friday at 8:30 a.m.

Bargersville police are investigating after a body was found near a pond Thursday morning.
The body was located near a pond in the area of State Road 135 and Clary Boulevard South Drive before noon Thursday. The pond is adjacent to a field just south of Aspen Trace, a senior living facility at 3145 S. State Road 135, Bargersville.
The body was found during a search of the area after the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department pinged a missing person’s cell phone near Clary Boulevard South Drive and State Road 135, said Jeremy Roll, Bargersville police spokesperson.
Officers began searching the pinged area beginning around 9 a.m., starting east of State Road 135 within Greenwood’s jurisdiction. The search eventually went west across State Road 135 into Bargersville jurisdiction, and Bargersville police were notified a body was found around 11:45 a.m., Roll said.
The investigation is initially being labeled as a suspicious death rather than homicide, but that could change as the investigation continues, Roll said.
It is unknown at this time if the person died where the body was found, but the body has been there for “a while,” he said.
Police have a good idea who the victim is but are not able to release their identity at this time, Roll said.
Bargersville police, IMPD and other agencies including the Johnson County Coroner’s Office are still investigating the incident. Franklin police’s crime scene unit and the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office are assisting.
